Jessica Hill Clark is a spirited, innovative brand manager whose focus extends beyond just creating content - she creates brand experiences. Jessica enjoys developing authentic, organic, and effective experiences through marketing and brand management that create genuine connections between brands and their desired consumers. Jessica started JHC in the summer of 2025 when she realized a drastically underserved population of business owners in need of marketing and brand management assistance. She founded Jessica Hill Creative to provide local business owners with the comprehensive support they deserve across social media, paid advertising, graphic design, website development, analytics, and more. She established JHC as an approachable yet high-caliber agency, delivering strategic execution and quality content that empowers local businesses to grow and compete at the level of larger organizations.

A Northern Virginia native, Jessica grew up taking in the sights and sounds across the D.C., Maryland, and Virginia metropolitan area. She later ventured to play Division I field hockey for Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, VA - where she earned her Business degree with a concentration in Marketing.

Jessica now resides in Wilmington, NC (while serving clients across the continental US) where she enjoys anything and everything by the ocean, traveling, attending music festivals, advocating for environmental & social justice practices, and re-watching shows & movies such as Avatar The Last Airbender & the original Star Wars saga with her husband, Jackson.
